POSITION: Outreach Coordinator
LOCATION: Remote - Paducah, Kentucky area. Travel throughout the surrounding area is required.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
• Peer Support Specialist certification preferred, associate’s degree in human services field
• or a combination of degree and work experience

RESPONSIBILITIES AND TRAINING:
• communicate with our referring partners in the medical, mental health, social services, and judicial fields
• maintain marketing literature/materials
• contact data management
• coordinate with supervisor about meetings and strategic interactions with our referring partners
• handle confidential information and documents
• answer intake calls from referring partners
• verify patient insurance information
