  • Strong knowledge of commercial contracts, with experience drafting or redlining business terms and collaborating effectively with Legal teams.
  • Ability to analyze spend data, market intelligence, supplier economics, commodity movements, and contract provisions to uncover negotiation and optimization opportunities.
  • Strong commercial and analytical mindset, with the ability to translate complex information into practical recommendations and measurable results.
  • Excellent organization and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams and competing priorities.
  • Strong project management skills, including ownership of timelines, stakeholder input, risks, decisions, supplier follow-up, and deliverables.
  • Excellent executive communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly explain commercial opportunities, trade-offs, and recommendations.
  • Strong influencing and stakeholder-management capabilities, particularly when working across Procurement, Legal, Finance, Operations, suppliers, and senior leadership.
  • Proficiency with procurement, sourcing, analytics, contract management, or digital procurement platforms is preferred.
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented approach and demonstrated ability to identify opportunities and carry them through execution.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining strong collaboration across functions and organizational levels.
