This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Demand Generation Manager based in Canada.
This is a strategic, data-driven role focused on building and optimizing full-funnel demand generation programs across British Columbia and Alaska.
You will own digital demand generation strategy across paid, earned, and owned channels, connecting marketing activity to qualified leads and revenue growth.
The role combines performance marketing, marketing automation, SEO, analytics, conversion optimization, and vendor management.
You will use data and experimentation to improve campaign efficiency, lead quality, conversion rates, and overall marketing ROI.
Working closely with Marketing, Sales, creative teams, agencies, and other stakeholders, you will translate insights into actionable growth strategies.

- Own the demand generation strategy and performance across paid, earned, and owned channels, aligning lead generation plans with capacity goals and revenue targets across multiple territories.
- Manage digital media budgets, pacing, and channel allocation based on CPL, CPA, conversion rates, ROI, and broader performance trends.
- Develop localized demand generation strategies that account for market conditions, seasonality, demographics, and competitive activity.
- Plan, launch, manage, and optimize full-funnel campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, programmatic display, SEO, retargeting, email, and SMS.
- Partner with agencies and vendors to ensure effective campaign execution, accountability, budget management, and high-quality delivery.
- Build and optimize lead nurturing and marketing automation workflows, including lead routing, scoring, and attribution processes.
- Lead A/B and multivariate testing across landing pages, creative assets, offers, messaging, audiences, and other conversion touchpoints.
- Oversee website and landing-page performance, including conversion optimization, mobile experience, page speed, and SEO best practices.
- Maintain accurate conversion tracking, attribution, call tracking, tagging, and UTM governance.
- Monitor key KPIs including lead volume, marketing-generated revenue, ROI, CPL, CPA, cost of marketing, lead-to-appointment conversion, and lead-to-sale conversion.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and translate complex marketing data into clear recommendations for leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, Inside Sales, creative, and content teams to improve lead flow, funnel performance, regional relevance, and brand consistency.
- Identify opportunities to improve lead quality, conversion efficiency, reporting accuracy, marketing technology, and operational effectiveness.
- Evaluate emerging digital platforms, technologies, and AI-driven marketing opportunities and recommend improvements to the demand generation ecosystem.
- 5+ years of experience in demand generation, performance marketing, digital marketing, or a closely related field.
- Proven experience managing digital agencies, external vendors, and paid media investments.
- Demonstrated experience planning, launching, and optimizing campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, and programmatic display.
- Working knowledge of SEO, Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, lead-routing integrations, and attribution reporting.
- Strong analytical capabilities and advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, forecasting, and data modeling.
- Experience developing and executing email and SMS marketing programs.
- Strong understanding of full-funnel marketing, customer journeys, lead scoring, conversion optimization, and performance measurement.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to turn complex data into actionable business insights.
- Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Preferred: Experience with Klaviyo, website management, and content management systems (CMS).
- Preferred: Experience supporting multi-location, home services, retail, or other consumer-facing organizations.
- Comfortable working independently in a primarily remote environment and supporting occasional evening or weekend initiatives when required.
- CAD $120,000 annual base salary.
- Performance-based annual bonus opportunity of up to CAD $50,000.
