Registered Practical Nurse - Pain Management Clinic in Cambridge, Ontario at C-Care Health Services

C-Care is a healthcare staffing agency with over 20 years of experience in providing high quality care services to homes and healthcare facilities.

We are currently looking for a Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) to work with our client, a pain management clinic, located in Waterloo/Kitchener, ON on a full-time basis.

Scope and Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to patients by demonstrating clinical competency, including but not limited to, conducting physical assessments, medication reconciliation, and monitoring patient condition
• Documenting clinical assessments and treatments accurately and in a timely manner, in accordance with CNO and clinic standards
• Perform procedure set up, equipment disinfection, procedure room after care, maintaining adequate supplies for the clinic
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with physicians, nurses, and other clinical team members
• Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and that the highest level of patient care and services is provided to all patients
• Assist with documentation and other administrative duties within the clinic as needed

Minimum Qualifications

• Active and current RPN license with CNO
• At least 1 year of nursing experience in a clinical setting is preferred
• Valid BLS Certificate
