This role offers an excellent opportunity to build a strong foundation in Human Resources through structured, hands-on exposure across multiple HR functions within a fast-paced, global tech environment. Over a 12-month rotational program, you will gain end-to-end experience across HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partnering, and Learning & Development. The position is designed to develop future HR specialists by combining practical execution with cross-functional learning. You will work closely with experienced HR professionals, supporting key people processes and employee lifecycle activities. The environment is dynamic, collaborative, and highly learning-oriented, with a strong emphasis on ownership, adaptability, and continuous improvement. At the end of the program, high-performing candidates may transition into a specialized HR role aligned with business needs and individual strengths.
- Participate in a structured 12-month rotational program across key HR functions including Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, HR Business Partnering, and Learning & Development.
- Support end-to-end recruitment activities such as sourcing, screening candidates, and coordinating interview processes.
- Assist HR Business Partnering teams with employee engagement initiatives, performance tracking, and employee query resolution.
- Contribute to Learning & Development programs by supporting onboarding processes, training coordination, and content preparation.
- Manage HR Operations tasks including HRIS data updates, compliance tracking, and employee lifecycle administration.
- Analyze basic HR metrics such as attrition and performance trends to support decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional HR teams to improve processes and enhance employee experience.
- Take ownership of assigned tasks and proactively suggest improvements to HR processes and workflows.
Requirements:
- Recent graduate or postgraduate in Human Resources (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).
- 1–2 years of experience in HR or related administrative/people-focused roles.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- High adaptability and willingness to work across multiple HR functions in a rotational structure.
- Strong sense of ownership with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
- Comfortable working with digital tools, HR systems, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and demonstrate empathy.
- Based in Mumbai, with availability for occasional in-person meetings despite a remote-first setup.
