Requirements:- Answer incoming phone calls courteously and professionally
- Help customers select the correct storage unit size based on their needs
- Follow up on reservations, leads, and emails in a timely manner
- Provide exceptional customer service with professionalism and empathy
- Log customer interactions and updates accurately within our CRM system
- Resolve customer concerns or escalate issues to the appropriate department when needed
- Provide clear and accurate information to both current and prospective customers
- Participate in training sessions, coaching, and team meetings
- Meet or exceed performance expectations including customer satisfaction, response times, and call quality standards
- Handle high call volumes efficiently during busy periods
- Follow company policies, procedures, and quality standards
Schedule & Work Environment
Remote/work-from-home position
Our call center operates 7 days a week across multiple U.S. time zones
Schedules may vary based on business needs, staffing needs, and assigned shift
Desired Schedule: Saturday - Tuesday 9AM - 4PM CST
Evening and weekend availability may be required depending on the position and scheduling needs

Computer Requirements:
-64bit version of Windows 10+ or MacOS 10.14+
-Minimum 8gb RAM
-Intel i5 dual-core processor or equivalent.

- Dedicated, quiet workspace suitable for professional calls
- Dual monitors required
- Must be able to pass a background check prior to hire
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States

Physical Demands & Work Environment
This role requires frequent communication with customers and team members both verbally and in writing, along with extended periods of computer and headset use. Employees should be comfortable sitting, typing, using multiple computer systems, and remaining engaged in a fast-paced remote work environment throughout scheduled shifts.
Specific vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, and the ability to adjust focus. Noise levels are generally moderate depending on the employee’s remote workspace environment.
