Gravity Lending is looking for experienced, customer-focused Customer Service Representatives to join our growing team. In this role, you'll be one of the first points of contact for our customers. You'll handle inbound calls, assist customers throughout the application process, provide accurate information, and help create a positive and seamless customer experience.

• Manage a high volume of inbound calls while delivering a professional and positive customer experience

• Assist customers by providing accurate information and timely support

• Process customer applications accurately and efficiently

• Navigate multiple systems and tasks while maintaining strong attention to detail

• Collaborate with internal teams to support customers and achieve departmental goals

• Provide support to the Underwriting Team by assisting with submissions, decisions, and other tasks as needed

• Take on additional responsibilities and projects as needed

• Previous customer service or call center experience

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Excellent computer, data entry, and multitasking abilities

• A positive and professional approach

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Bilingual English/Spanish skills are strongly preferred but not required

Monday through Friday, with one Saturday shift every eight weeks (9am - 1pm)

Two available Shifts: 9am - 6pm or 10am - 7pm

Starting pay:

$17.00 per hour plus opportunities for monthly bonuses (based on production)
