Job Description
CTG is seeking to fill a Project Management & Resource Operations Analyst position for our client.
Location: New York, NY
Duration: 12 months
Duties:
Support project management and resource operations for complex Hybrid Cloud client commitments.
Manage resource onboarding, assignments, tracking, and lifecycle activities across project teams.
Support project financial operations, including invoice preparation, validation, reconciliation, and financial controls.
Use IPPF tools to manage costs and invoices in accordance with contractual delivery milestones.
Monitor project scope, cost, schedule, resource requirements, and contractual deliverables.
Support project planning, tracking, change control, risk management, and status reporting.
Manage vendor lifecycle activities, including onboarding, tracking, documentation, and coordination.
Analyze project and resource data to identify trends, variances, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
Prepare reports, presentations, dashboards, and project updates for stakeholders and leadership.
Collaborate with project managers, resource managers, finance teams, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate project execution.
Support sales and new business opportunities by providing project, resource, financial, and operational analysis.
Ensure project activities align with established business measurements, contractual requirements, and delivery milestones.

Strong understanding of project management processes, financial controls, and operational procedures
Nice to Have Skills:
OneStream experience with budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
Workday experience with Resource, Talent, or Financials modules
Daptiv experience in project or portfolio management
JIRA experience in project, portfolio, or workflow management
Experience:
Experience supporting project management, resource operations, or PMO functions in a complex IT or technology environment.
Experience managing resources, vendors, invoices, and project financial activities.
Experience working with project budgets, forecasts, costs, contractual milestones, and financial reporting.
Experience using project management and enterprise business applications.
Experience supporting complex client engagements, preferably within Hybrid Cloud or other enterprise technology environments.
Experience with project planning, tracking, change control, risk management, and stakeholder communications.
Experience analyzing data and preparing reports and presentations for business and project leadership.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field preferred.
Equivalent education and relevant professional experience may be considered.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
