Job Description

Facilities Maintenance Account Manager is accountable for providing day-to-day operations support to assigned accounts taking

customer requests and developing and executing a plan to deliver first class service. Key aspects of the role include

work order life cycle management, customer and service provider relationship management and field employee

relations. The Account Manager helps the team achieve year-on-year profitable growth through superior execution of

the accounts KPIs, management of the budget, and overall operational excellence 24/7..

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

● Manage client work requests from start to finish, ensuring requests are completed within the specified

timeframe and quality standards.

● Schedules, expedites & tracks work orders from customers including submission into client systems /

platform.

● Communicate receipt of new work requests and provide status updates to assigned client accounts via email,

phone & Client’s work order management system (i.e. ServiceChannel).

● Responsible for being a subject matter expert while delivering operational excellence to our customers.

● Address work request issues as they arise, escalating to internal management as necessary.

● Source & onboard new vendors as needed to address client needs in a timely manner.

● Collaborate with and schedule third party vendors as necessary to procure materials, supplies, and services

as necessary.

● Using Facil-IT, Service Channel, Corrigo, Fexa & other WO mgmt. software; create estimates and proposals

with detailed scopes of work.

● Negotiate rates with clients & PCG Vendors, within Company-defined guidelines.

● Ability to search and price materials to ensure best value for our clients.

● Create, send, and follow-up on invoices to client.

● Meet with Key stakeholders within assigned accounts to maintain partnership and internally grow client (new

trade, region, etc.)

● Perform other duties as assigned.

Manager. Collaborates with PCG team.

· Process Improvements: Ability to strengthen and improve efficiency of work processes while meeting

Customer KPIs within Budget thresholds.

· Networking: Ability to make connections easily to build client and service provider relationships.

· Time Management: Dedicates appropriate time to priorities, not easily distracted, and follows-up

appropriately.

· Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Able to work accurately under pressure to meet

competing deadlines, including prioritizing multiple tasks, and managing ongoing initiatives.

-Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Ability to work independently within established procedures.
