Our two campuses in Methuen and Haverhill have a total of 320 beds, and we are a full-service, acute care hospital offering comprehensive inpatient medical/surgical units, outpatient care, and 24/7 emergency services. Position Summary:

The Mental Health Associate (MHA) is responsible for performing duties necessary to maintain a safe and therapeutic milieu. Under the direct supervision of a registered nurse, the MHA will assist the nurse with care of patients whose needs do not require complex nursing skills.

Minimum Qualifications

• Education: High School Graduate or GED.
• Experience: Experience or training in the mental health or medical field preferred.
• Certification/Licensure:
  • BLS
  • COAP within 30 days of onboarding
• Other: Must be able to successfully clear a background check, including a criminal search. Use or possession of a firearm and/or other weapons is prohibited.
