You will manage an assigned territory, build strong customer relationships, and help increase points of sale.
The role combines sales, merchandising, in-store execution, and hands-on territory management.
You will ensure promotional activities, planograms, agreements, and point-of-sale materials are implemented effectively.
Working independently on the road, you will have the autonomy to organize your schedule and customer meetings.

- Grow the number of points of sale within the assigned territory covering the greater Medicine Hat and Lethbridge area.
- Work closely with the supervisor to achieve sales objectives, targets, and territory priorities.
- Ensure in-store activities effectively support current sales promotions and commercial initiatives.
- Execute merchandising plans in line with promotional calendars, customer agreements, floor-space requirements, and planograms.
- Install, maintain, and manage point-of-sale equipment and materials in participating stores.
- Manage the assigned territory independently, including organizing customer meetings and field activities.
- Build and maintain positive, professional relationships with customers and store teams.
- Take responsibility for the product fleet within the territory and contribute to overall customer satisfaction.
- Complete accurate daily activity reports through the required mobile application following each shift.
- Relevant experience in sales, merchandising, retail, or a related customer-facing environment is an asset.
- Valid driver's license and exclusive access to a reliable vehicle are required for territory travel.
- Strong ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets and commercial objectives.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a professional and customer-focused approach.
- Proactive, dynamic, organized, and comfortable taking initiative while working independently.
- Strong sense of responsibility and ability to manage priorities effectively in a field-based environment.
- Comfortable completing daily digital reports and other administrative tasks through a mobile application.
- Tech-savvy, with the ability to quickly and confidently use mobile apps and digital tools as part of daily work.
- Exclusive access to a smartphone, computer, and reliable internet connection is required.
- Ability to work as an independent contractor and manage a flexible, part-time schedule.
- Compensation: $23.50 CAD per hour.
- Automobile allowance: Starting at $500 CAD per month.
- Cell phone allowance: $20 CAD per month.
- Flexible schedule: Monday to Friday, approximately 14–16 hours per week.
- Contract duration: Fixed-term assignment from June 1, 2026 through October 30, 2026.
- Work arrangement: Remote/field-based, working on the road within the assigned territory.
