What You’ll Do

Join Fybe as a Residential Fiber Sales Representative and help connect Elizabeth City-area homeowners with fiber internet and home phone services.

As the face of Fybe in the community, you’ll:

• Meet homeowners through door-to-door outreach
• Explain the benefits of Fybe fiber internet and home phone
• Recommend services based on each customer’s needs
• Build and manage your own sales pipeline
• Track leads, sales, and daily activity using Spotio
• Attend community events as a trusted Fybe representative
• Work toward weekly and monthly sales goals
• Deliver a friendly, professional customer experience

What You Bring

• At least one year of sales experience, including commission-based sales
• A positive, outgoing personality—you enjoy talking with people
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust quickly
• A goal-driven attitude and the motivation to succeed independently
• Comfort using mobile technology, CRM platforms, and digital sales tools
• A valid driver’s license, automobile insurance, satisfactory driving record, and reliable transportation
• Availability to work early evenings and Saturdays
• Ability to drive and walk through residential neighborhoods for extended periods
• Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions, including heat, cold, and rain
• High school diploma or GED
