Normandy Farm Hotel and Blue Bell Country Club are looking for energetic, team-oriented people who love being part of the action and want to work in an upscale hospitality environment.
As a Banquet Food Runner, you’ll help bring weddings, celebrations, corporate events, and special occasions to life. From getting the room event-ready to keeping food moving smoothly from the kitchen to the guests, you’ll play an important role in creating the kind of experience people remember.

Starting Pay: $18.00/hour
Must be available to work a minimum of 2 shifts per week.
Weekend availability is essential - Friday, Saturday & Sunday
Shift typically starts at 3:00PM or 4:00PM and ends between 11:00PM and Midnight

What You'll Do- Keep food and buffet stations stocked, fresh, and looking their best.
- Run trays of food from the kitchen to banquet rooms and assist servers with clearing used plates, glassware, and flatware.
- Help transform event spaces by setting up and breaking down tables, chairs, portable bars, umbrellas, tents, buffet equipment, linens, and more.
- Follow banquet event orders and room diagrams to make sure every detail is in the right place.
- Keep banquet rooms, hallways, storage areas, and service spaces clean, organized, and guest-ready.
- Stock and maintain work areas, storage spaces, and public areas.
- Make sure banquet equipment and supplies—including linens, chairs, dishes, glassware, flatware, and decorations—are clean, organized, and ready for the next event.
- Report damaged or malfunctioning equipment to a supervisor.
- Work closely with the Banquet Captain and Management to keep events running smoothly and provide excellent service.
- Jump in and support other departments when needed—we're a team!
- Take on other responsibilities as assigned by your supervisor or manager.
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Previous banquet or hospitality experience is a plus, but a great attitude and willingness to learn go a long way.
- A passion for hospitality and providing excellent guest service.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service, guest relations, and proper etiquette.
- Availability for evenings, weekends, and major holidays, including Easter, Mother’s Day, Thanksgiving, and other special events.
- Reliable, punctual, and ready to arrive in full uniform with a neat, professional appearance.
- Commitment to following all safety procedures, policies, and food-handling requirements.
- Willingness to wash hands frequently and follow proper food-safety practices.
- Comfortable being on your feet for extended periods and walking, pushing, carrying, bending, reaching, stooping, kneeling, or crouching throughout a shift.
- Able to lift up to 25 pounds independently and more than 50 pounds with assistance.
