This is a versatile creative role combining video production, motion graphics, and digital graphic design within a fast-paced marketing environment.
You will transform technical and complex concepts into polished, engaging visual content for a range of digital and B2B audiences.
The role covers the full creative lifecycle, from recording and editing video to designing static assets and animated experiences.
You will create content for platforms including LinkedIn, YouTube, websites, presentations, advertising, and live events.
A key part of the position involves repurposing long-form content into impactful short-form assets that maximize reach and engagement.
You will work independently while collaborating with marketing stakeholders and managing creative projects through structured digital workflows.

- Own video projects end-to-end, including recording, editing, post-production, and delivery using remote recordings, live footage, and stock media.
- Create polished motion graphics and animations that add energy and clarity to static visual content.
- Design high-quality digital assets such as social media graphics, advertising variants, event materials, web visuals, and presentation decks.
- Repurpose webinars, interviews, and long-form video into engaging multi-channel content, including social clips, YouTube Shorts, and carousel-style assets.
- Translate technical concepts and creative briefs into clear, compelling visual storytelling aligned with brand standards and audience needs.
- Manage creative requests, project timelines, priorities, and workloads using Asana while maintaining efficient production workflows.
- Organize creative archives, templates, and working assets within the Adobe ecosystem to support consistency and scalability.
- Collaborate with marketing and other stakeholders to understand objectives, develop creative solutions, and deliver high-quality work on schedule.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail, visual quality, and brand consistency.
- Demonstrated professional experience across video production, motion design, and graphic design, supported by a diverse portfolio and/or showreel.
- Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
- Hands-on experience with Asana for project, task, and workload management.
- Experience using Riverside or comparable remote recording platforms to capture and extract video and audio content.
- Strong understanding of video editing fundamentals, including pacing, timing, storytelling, composition, and animation.
- Strong graphic design capabilities, including layout, typography, visual hierarchy, brand composition, and digital asset creation.
- Deep understanding of visual content best practices across B2B digital channels such as LinkedIn, YouTube, websites, and live events.
- Ability to take an ambiguous or loosely defined creative brief and independently develop it into polished, production-ready deliverables.
- Highly organized and capable of managing multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-moving environment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, combined with a proactive, self-directed approach to creative problem-solving.
- A portfolio demonstrating both strong static design and video/motion capabilities is expected.
- Salary: $100,000–$135,000 annual base pay, depending on location, qualifications, budget, and other business factors.
