POSITION PURPOSE |
The Human Resource Business Partner II serves as a strategic partner to departmental leaders and managers, aligning business objectives with employees and HR initiatives. The HRPB II acts as an advisor and liaison on human resource-related issues, including; leaves, benefits administration, talent acquisition, performance management, policy development, compliance and general HR services that reflect the business objectives of the organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong business acumen, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to drive HR strategy and solutions within a dynamic, evolving environment. |
