This role supports business initiatives focused on data analysis, operational execution, and process improvement.
You will work across low- to moderately complex projects, helping stakeholders identify challenges and develop practical solutions.
The position combines analytical thinking with project coordination and day-to-day operational support.
You will contribute to improving workflows, efficiency, and business outcomes through structured analysis.
Success requires strong collaboration with stakeholders and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
This is a fully remote contract opportunity offering flexibility while contributing to meaningful business initiatives.
Analyze business data and operational information to identify trends, issues, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Support low- to moderately complex business initiatives from planning through execution, helping ensure deliverables remain on track.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business challenges, clarify requirements, and develop practical recommendations.
Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve operational efficiency, and strengthen business execution.
Coordinate multiple projects or workstreams while balancing competing priorities, deadlines, and stakeholder expectations.
Apply process improvement approaches to evaluate existing workflows and recommend more effective ways of working.
Communicate findings, recommendations, project updates, and potential risks clearly to stakeholders.
Maintain organized project documentation, track action items, and support timely completion of assigned initiatives.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in business execution, business analysis, consulting, operations, or a related discipline.
Strong analytical skills with demonstrated experience working with data to identify insights and support business decisions.
Experience managing or contributing to multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and deadlines.
Knowledge of process improvement methodologies and an ability to identify inefficiencies and recommend practical solutions.
Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize work independently.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence collaborating across different stakeholder groups.
Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, with a proactive and solutions-oriented approach.
Ability to work effectively in a fully remote environment with limited supervision.
Indicative contract rate: $60–$70 per hour.
Fully remote position within the United States.
