This role leads the day-to-day programs and experiences that keep a large, diverse community of independent marketers engaged, prepared, and connected to opportunities.
You’ll translate community strategy into scalable, human-centered programs across engagement, talent readiness, platform experience, and talent intelligence.
The position combines hands-on program operations with cross-functional collaboration across Product, Data, Marketing, Client Experience, and Business Development.
You’ll use engagement data and member insights to refine communications, strengthen talent readiness, and identify opportunities for improvement.
The role also oversees cohort-based learning programs, community platform operations, credentialing, and re-engagement initiatives.
Success requires balancing thoughtful member experiences with automation-first processes that can scale efficiently.
This is a full-time, fully remote opportunity for a highly organized community leader who thrives in fast-moving environments.
Community Engagement & Experience
- Own and continuously improve the community journey, including onboarding, communications, engagement touchpoints, and member-facing messaging.
- Maintain a consistent community voice and high-quality experience across communication channels and engagement programs.
- Manage tiered engagement, segmentation accuracy, nurture journeys, and re-engagement campaigns while monitoring talent progression and signal freshness.
- Oversee the community platform and support transitions away from legacy tools while maintaining continuity for members.
- Partner with Marketing on demand-aligned content, audience context, communication calendars, and campaign execution.
- Manage the existing support model by triaging unresolved cases, identifying recurring issues, and routing persistent gaps to the appropriate teams.
Talent Readiness & Enablement
- Own the end-to-end course and cohort calendar, including logistics, communications, enrollment, milestones, and operational delivery.
- Direct day-to-day cohort operations and compile outcome and placement data for ongoing review.
- Manage credentialing and signaling processes, ensuring relevant member signals remain accurate and visible to client-facing teams.
- Coordinate operational and administrative follow-through for approved learning partnerships.
- Ensure course content and positioning remain aligned with current client demand and surface potential gaps for strategic review.
Portal Engagement & Talent Intelligence
- Represent community needs and intelligence requirements in Product roadmap discussions.
- Monitor portal data quality, workflow friction, and engagement gaps, documenting actionable findings for Product.
- Provide community and operational input when evaluating new tools, integrations, learning resources, and AI-enabled workflows.
- Translate completed data analysis into clear narratives and actionable recommendations for non-technical stakeholders.
- Monitor engagement metrics such as open rates, platform activity, profile updates, enrollment, and onboarding completion, identifying meaningful trends and recommending adjustments.
- Distribute relevant intelligence and operational context to Client Experience and Business Development teams.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Surface supply gaps, engagement trends, blockers, and trade-offs to relevant stakeholders and leadership.
- Track progress against quarterly goals across the role’s core program areas.
- Identify automation opportunities and collaborate with the appropriate teams to improve operational efficiency.
- Partner with Marketing to align communications with talent segmentation, priority roles, and supply needs.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in community management, community programs, community marketing, or a closely related role.
- 2+ years of experience managing cohort-based programs, learning operations, courses, bootcamps, or similar initiatives, including enrollment funnels, milestones, and calendars.
- Passion for community building and creating human-centered member experiences.
- Experience managing community moderator programs.
- Familiarity with community and LMS platforms; experience with Discourse and Moodle is preferred.
- Experience leading a community platform migration, tool transition, or significant change management initiative.
- Ability to represent member or user needs to Product teams and translate feedback into clear, actionable input.
- Ability to turn completed data analysis into accessible narratives and recommendations for non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including member-facing copy, stakeholder communications, and internal documentation.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- High emotional intelligence and demonstrated ability to build trust and strong relationships.
- Comfortable working in fast-moving, ambiguous environments while maintaining consistency and quality.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset.
