Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Family Practice Clinic - CIVILIAN OPPORTUNITY

GiaCare is currently seeking a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse to support the McClellan Air Force Satellite Clinic McClellan, CA.

About the Opportunity

This position offers experienced Licensed Practical Nurse/ Licensed Vocational Nurse the opportunity to provide comprehensive services to members of the military community in a collaborative outpatient environment. The LPN/ LVN will coordinate care across inpatient, outpatient, community, and telephonic settings while supporting continuity of care and optimal patient outcomes.

Schedule (Based on 40-hour work week):

• Monday - Friday
• 0730 - 1630 (7:30am - 4:30pm)

Typical Duties to include but not limited to:

• Primary Care, Women's Health, Mental Health
• Assess patient's conditions
• Vaccines and Immunizations
• Recognize adverse signs and symptoms
• Order Labs and X-rays

Must have the following Credentials:

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Licensure/ LVN
• 2 years experience in a Primary Care Clinic
• Current BLS from the American Heart Association or Military equivalence
