CNC Lathe Operator (CNC - Level II)

The Ulven Companies is seeking experienced CNC Lathe Operators to join our skilled, safety-focused team. We will provide full training on our unique processes and products - your lathe experience gets you in the door!
Pay: $28-$33/hour (based on experience)
Shift: 6 AM – 2:30 PM | Monday - Friday

Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate CNC lathes with live tooling
- Perform tool changes, offsets, and in-process adjustments
- Conduct in-process and final inspections using precision tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges etc.).
- Maintain machines, follow safety protocols, and keep an organized workspace.
- Record production/quality data accurately per our Quality Management System (QMS).
What We Need:
- 2-4 years CNC running lathes
- Comfortable working with alloy and stainless materials
- Familiarity with Fanuc or Mitsubishi controls preferred
- Programming experience is a plus, not required
- We will train on our specific setups and products.
- Ability to read prints, technical drawings, and work instructions.
- Experience with measuring tools and basic computer/data entry.
- Mechanical aptitude, strong attention to detail, and commitment to safety.
- Collaborative, dependable, and with effective communication skills.
- Physically able to lift 50 lbs. (75+ with assistance), stand for shifts, and work in a manufacturing environment.
- U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident (ITAR compliance required).
