We’re looking for a Sales Support Assistant—a proactive, organized professional ready to take on a blend of administrative support and customer account management.

Key Responsibilities:

Samples & Inventory

Manage sample shipments and product binsMaintain internal AD lists and catalogs

Customer Coordination

Liaise with overseas teams to update forecasts and specsProvide weekly recaps and review documentation for accuracy

Meetings & Showroom Prep

Schedule showroom visitsPrepare presentations and coordinate meeting logisticsTrack photography flow, markdowns, RTVs, and product conversions

Skills & Experience:

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)Strong command of retail mathExperience with Navision is a plusConfident communicator and presenter1–3 years in jewelry, luxury goods, or retail preferredSkilled multitasker in fast-paced environments

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience1–3 years relevant industry or support experience

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
