Richline Group’s mission, “One Vision, One Goal, One Team,” denotes the establishment of an integrated corporate branding, manufacturing, and distribution strategy.We’re looking for a Sales Support Assistant—a proactive, organized professional ready to take on a blend of administrative support and customer account management.Key Responsibilities:Samples & InventoryManage sample shipments and product binsMaintain internal AD lists and catalogsCustomer CoordinationLiaise with overseas teams to update forecasts and specsProvide weekly recaps and review documentation for accuracyMeetings & Showroom PrepSchedule showroom visitsPrepare presentations and coordinate meeting logisticsTrack photography flow, markdowns, RTVs, and product conversionsSkills & Experience:Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)Strong command of retail mathExperience with Navision is a plusConfident communicator and presenter1–3 years in jewelry, luxury goods, or retail preferredSkilled multitasker in fast-paced environmentsRequirements:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience1–3 years relevant industry or support experienceJob Type: Full-timeSalary: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per yearBenefits:401(k)Dental insuranceEmployee discountFlexible spending accountHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offParental leaveVision insuranceSchedule:8 hour shiftMonday to FridayWork Location: In person/Hybrid
