  • Analyze requirements for feasibility, completeness, dependencies, and alignment with platform architecture and enterprise standards.
  • Facilitate cross-functional workshops and working sessions to align stakeholders and resolve ambiguities in system behavior and requirements.
  • Support backlog refinement, sprint planning, and release coordination within Agile delivery frameworks.
  • Document assumptions, design decisions, dependencies, and requirement changes to ensure traceability and long-term maintainability.
  • Assist in defining system configurations and validating that delivered solutions align with intended business and technical outcomes.
  • Improve requirement quality and delivery consistency by introducing structure, clarity, and standardized documentation practices.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Business Analyst, Solution Analyst, or similar role in enterprise technology environments.
  • Strong experience with marketing and CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, and Marketo.
  • Solid understanding of marketing technology ecosystems, including lead management, customer lifecycle flows, and marketing-to-CRM integrations.
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand system integrations, data flows, dependencies, and architectural trade-offs.
  • Proven ability to produce implementation-ready documentation, including user stories, process maps, and functional specifications.
  • Experience working in Agile delivery environments alongside product managers, engineers, QA, and architects.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate between technical and business audiences.
  • Experience in B2B marketing processes such as lead routing, lifecycle management, and campaign integration is highly valued.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Workfront or exposure to Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) is a plus.
  • Background in engineering, development, or QA is considered an advantage.
Benefits
  • Competitive salary range of $130,000 – $180,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage.
  • Life insurance and disability benefits.
  • 401(k) retirement savings plan.
  • Paid time off and company holidays.
  • Opportunity to work on large-scale marketing transformation and digital experience initiatives.
  • Exposure to enterprise marketing technology ecosystems and leading CRM platforms.
  • Collaborative environment focused on innovation, learning, and cross-functional delivery excellence.
