inFORME healthcare is growing and seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant full time. You would be working with a well-established and prestigious group known for stellar track record in clinical outcomes. This opportunity is full time (7 on 7 off rotation) working a combined schedule with other providers weekly. This position offers excellent work-life balance with flexible starting and ending times in lieu of a 12-hr. shift requirement. The APP is responsible for treating patients in a patient centered compassionate environment as a part of a cohesive interdisciplinary clinical team.
