Licensed Practical Nurse – Med Surg

As an LPN on our Medical-Surgical Unit, you'll provide direct patient care while working closely with registered nurses, providers, and the interdisciplinary team.

What You'll Do

• Provide nursing care within the scope of LPN practice.
• Monitor patient conditions and report changes promptly.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Assist with assessments and care planning.
• Provide patient and family education.
• Assist with activities of daily living and patient comfort.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Collaborate with RNs, providers, and other healthcare professionals.
• Promote patient safety and infection prevention.
• Support individualized, patient-centered care.

What We're Looking For

• Graduate of an approved practical nursing program.
• Current LPN license eligible to practice in Wisconsin.
• Current BLS/CPR certification or ability to obtain within 90 days.
• Previous acute-care experience preferred.

Pay & Benefits

$24.00 - $35.50 per hour | Differentials available for PMs, Nights & Weekend.

Pay is based on experience.
