Warehouse Team Member /Delivery Driver in Springfield, Missouri at Battery Outfitters Inc

We're looking for a hardworking, customer-focused individual to join our Springfield team. You'll split your time between warehouse operations and delivery routes — keeping our inventory tight and making sure every customer stop is a great experience. Responsibilities

Operate forklift and stock batteries
Pull orders, manage inventory, and maintain accuracy
Complete daily delivery routes and exceed customer expectations
Handle day-to-day delivery sales and core collection
Follow all safety policies and keep a clean work environment
Greet customers and assist with product selection and cross-selling

Requirements

Valid driver's license and Medical (MED) card
Previous warehouse or delivery experience preferred
Able to meet the physical demands of the job
Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
