This senior leadership role is responsible for transforming go-to-market operations through large-scale automation, AI enablement, and workflow modernization across Sales, Partner, and Revenue Operations functions. You will define and execute the strategic vision for scalable GTM architecture, improving efficiency, win rates, and operational velocity across the enterprise. Acting as a key cross-functional leader, you will partner with Sales, RevOps, IT, Architecture, Security, and Finance teams to design intelligent, compliant, and scalable automation systems. The role blends strategic planning, technical fluency, and execution leadership, with a strong focus on measurable business impact. You will lead the development of AI-driven tools, copilots, and automated workflows that reshape how teams operate and engage with customers and partners. This is a highly visible transformation role in a fast-paced, AI-first environment where innovation and scalability are central to growth.
- Define and lead the enterprise-wide vision for GTM workflow modernization across Sales, Partner, and Revenue Operations functions.
- Design and implement scalable automation and AI-driven workflows that reduce friction and improve operational efficiency.
- Lead development and deployment of AI copilots and intelligent assistants to enhance Sales, Partner, and RevOps performance.
- Oversee end-to-end automation initiatives using tools such as n8n, Glean, and custom GPT-based solutions.
- Partner with IT, Architecture, and Security teams to ensure all automation solutions meet enterprise standards and compliance requirements.
- Drive cross-functional transformation programs, aligning stakeholders across Sales, Product, Finance, and Operations.
- Translate business priorities into structured automation roadmaps, ensuring alignment with system architecture and technical constraints.
- Lead change management efforts including training, enablement, and adoption of new AI-enabled workflows.
- Measure, track, and communicate the impact of automation initiatives, including ROI, efficiency gains, and adoption metrics.
- Establish governance frameworks and best practices for scalable, secure, and high-impact GTM automation.
- 10+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, GTM Strategy, Sales Operations, Business Systems, or related fields.
- 5+ years of experience leading AI, automation, or large-scale GTM transformation initiatives.
- Strong expertise in designing and implementing automated workflows in complex B2B SaaS environments.
- Deep understanding of Sales and Partner operations, including drivers of productivity, win rates, and customer/partner experience.
- Proven experience working cross-functionally with IT, Security, Data, and Enterprise Architecture teams.
- Strong executive communication skills with the ability to influence both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated success leading large-scale, cross-functional transformation programs with measurable business outcomes.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools such as GPT-based systems, Glean, or similar copilots for enterprise use cases.
- Strong background in SaaS, high-growth technology environments, or compliance-driven industries.
- Ability to drive organizational change, adoption, and operational scalability across global teams.
