Grungo Law is growing, and we are searching for a full-time (bilingual a plus!) Legal Intake Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the compassionate voice of our firm, fielding inbound calls from prospective clients during their time of need, screening potential cases, and ensuring that every caller feels heard, respected, and supported. Requirements:Responsibilities
• Field inbound calls from prospective clients, conducting intake interviews with empathy, professionalism, and attention to detail.
• Survey potential clients to determine case fit with the firm's practice areas while maintaining a compassionate and client-centered approach throughout every interaction.
• Enter data accurately into the firm's case management system while simultaneously conducting telephone conversations with prospective clients and outside parties.
• Organize intake paperwork and perform data entry to streamline new client onboarding and maintain current client files.
• Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills when receiving and managing client inquiries.
• Apply proven sales and customer service skills to guide prospective clients through the intake process and achieve conversion targets.
• Work both collaboratively with the intake team and independently with minimal oversight as circumstances require.
• Maintain exceptional attention to detail and organizational standards across all intake-related tasks and documentation.
• Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software; experience with Lead Docket and Filevine is a strong plus.
• Perform all duties in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
Qualifications
• Prior intake or call center experience is required.
• Previous personal injury legal experience is highly valued.
• Strong computer and data entry skills with demonstrated accuracy.
• Outstanding communication skills and a genuine sense of empathy for clients in difficult circumstances.
• Sales or customer service experience is highly valued.
• Experience with CRM and case management software is a plus; familiarity with Lead Docket and Filevine is preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel skills preferred.
