Job Summary:
The Office Coordinator is responsible for managing office communications and facilitating key performing tasks to support daily operations in Zumbrota. This person will be an integral part in ensuring that our office operations run smoothly and are successful in supporting other business activities.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Follow office workflow procedures to ensure maximum efficiency
- Greet and assist customers and visitors to the office
· Answer phone, gather service call information from customer & dispatch, if needed.
· Issue purchase and service orders and enter into system
· Maintain electronic customer files
· Assist with inventory management, part numbers and warranties
· Support other teams with various administrative tasks (redirecting calls, disseminating correspondence, schedule meetings and appointments, etc.)
· Support customer accounts
· Coordinate office procedures with the Office Manager
· Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders
· Assist in vendor relationship management
· Attend continued education training as requested by manager
· Perform other duties and tasks as assigned by supervisor
Qualifications (Skills/Abilities Required)
· Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
· Proficient in computer skills and efficient in Microsoft Office
· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
· Exceptional time management skills with an ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines
· Experience in customer service a plus
· Ability to collaborate well with other team members
· Professional in a fast-paced environment
· General accounting experience a plus.
Education
· Education: Bachelor’s or Associate degree or 3 years related experience
· Understanding of the Agriculture Industry preferred.
This position reports to the Office Manager. Regular hours are 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday-Friday.
