In this role, you will lead strategic enterprise client relationships across the APAC region, driving measurable impact at the intersection of sustainability, technology, and operational excellence. You will oversee a high-value portfolio, ensuring customers achieve both financial and environmental outcomes through innovative food waste reduction solutions powered by AI and data insights. Acting as a senior advisor to C-suite and sustainability leaders, you will balance strategic account growth with hands-on operational leadership. You will manage a regional team, shape customer success strategies, and ensure exceptional service delivery across complex enterprise environments. This role combines commercial ownership, stakeholder influence, and mission-driven impact. It is ideal for a leader who thrives in scaling partnerships that deliver real-world environmental change.
In this role, you will be responsible for leading strategic account growth, driving customer impact, and ensuring operational excellence across a portfolio of enterprise clients in the APAC region.
- Lead, manage, and develop a high-performing account team, ensuring alignment with customer success goals and organizational mission.
- Serve as the primary executive contact for enterprise clients, building and maintaining strong C-suite relationships across complex organizations.
- Own regional revenue performance, including upsell, cross-sell, renewals, and full P&L accountability.
- Oversee contract management, billing, accounts receivable, and overall commercial lifecycle for assigned accounts.
- Design and execute customer success and program strategies focused on measurable food waste reduction and product adoption.
- Conduct executive business reviews and manage high-impact communications, including resolution of critical incidents.
- Partner with marketing, product, and engineering teams to share customer insights and contribute to roadmap development and impact storytelling.
The ideal candidate is a seasoned commercial leader with strong enterprise account management experience and a passion for sustainability and operational impact.
- 10+ years of experience in strategic account management, enterprise sales, or business leadership within B2B SaaS or IoT environments.
- Proven experience managing teams and driving collective performance against revenue and customer success targets.
- Strong background in contract negotiation, P&L ownership, and financial oversight including billing and accounts receivable.
- Experience engaging and influencing C-level stakeholders within complex enterprise organizations.
- Deep understanding of the APAC or Australian ESG landscape and sustainability reporting frameworks.
- Strong network within foodservice, hospitality, or related industries is highly desirable.
- Ability to balance strategic leadership with operational execution and customer-facing problem-solving.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills with a strong customer-first mindset.
- Genuine passion for sustainability and reducing global food waste.
