Accountabilities
  • Lead end-to-end design for growth initiatives, ensuring alignment between user needs, product strategy, and key performance metrics such as activation, retention, engagement, and revenue.
  • Collaborate closely with product, engineering, data, and marketing teams to define hypotheses, design experiments, and iterate based on performance insights.
  • Design, prototype, and test new features rapidly, leveraging A/B testing and behavioral data to validate and optimize user journeys.
  • Contribute to and evolve the design system, ensuring consistency while introducing innovative interaction patterns, including motion, micro-interactions, and transitions.
  • Identify friction points across user flows and partner with engineering and product teams to remove barriers and improve conversion and usability.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to other designers, helping raise the overall quality and maturity of the design practice.
  • Communicate design strategy and rationale effectively, aligning stakeholders and driving clarity across complex growth challenges.
Requirements
  • 5–7+ years of experience in Product Design, including at least 2 years in a senior or staff-level role focused on growth or experimentation.
  • Strong expertise in UX, UI, and visual design, with a portfolio demonstrating measurable impact on growth metrics such as onboarding, activation, or monetization.
  • Proven experience working with product analytics and experimentation tools such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, or equivalent platforms.
  • Strong understanding of A/B testing methodologies, user behavior analysis, and data-informed design decision-making.
  • Experience designing and iterating on complex, scalable digital products in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
  • Curiosity and practical experience with AI-powered or AI-assisted product experiences is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across teams.
  • Experience mentoring and supporting other designers in a collaborative, high-performance environment.
Benefits
  • Competitive compensation package aligned with senior-level design expertise.
  • Stock grant opportunities depending on role and location.
  • Fully remote-first work environment with optional access to shared workspaces.
  • Learning and development support to encourage continuous growth and experimentation.
  • Inclusive global workplace with strong emphasis on diversity, equity, and collaboration.
  • Additional country-specific perks and benefits depending on employment status.
