Senior Product Designer in Tremblay-en-France, Île-de-France at Jobgether

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Product Designer in France.

This is a high-impact product design role at the intersection of consumer experiences and developer tooling within the blockchain and web3 ecosystem. You will work in a small, highly collaborative design team, owning problems end-to-end from early discovery and research through to prototyping, visual design, and final delivery. The role spans both B2C and B2B surfaces, giving you the opportunity to shape intuitive consumer-facing products as well as complex developer platforms. You will play a key role in defining and evolving design systems that ensure consistency across rapidly scaling products. Operating in an early-stage, fast-moving environment, you will collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to influence product direction, not just execution. This is an opportunity to design at the frontier of decentralized technologies, where clarity, craft, and systems thinking are critical to success.

• Own the full product design lifecycle, from user research and problem framing to interaction design, high-fidelity UI, prototyping, and production-ready specifications.
• Design and iterate across both consumer-facing products and developer tools, balancing usability, clarity, and technical complexity.
• Develop, scale, and maintain design systems that ensure consistency and efficiency across multiple product surfaces.
• Create interactive prototypes early and often to explore solutions, validate ideas, and guide product direction.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other designers to align on priorities, scope trade-offs, and execution quality.
• Advocate for users by grounding design decisions in research insights, behavioral understanding, and data-informed thinking.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of product experiences through strong visual and interaction design craft.

Requirements:

• 5–8 years of experience in product design with a strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end ownership of shipped products.
• Experience working across both consumer products and platform or developer tools is highly valued.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma, including component architecture, auto-layout, and design system variables.
• Strong prototyping skills with a preference for interactive, high-fidelity prototypes over static designs.
• Experience building or contributing to scalable design systems across multiple products or surfaces.
• Exceptional visual design sensibility combined with strong interaction design thinking.
• Comfortable working in ambiguous, early-stage environments where problems are not yet fully defined.
• Clear and effective communicator, able to present design rationale to both technical and executive stakeholders.
• Strong interest or experience in AI-augmented design workflows and emerging creative tooling.
• Bonus: familiarity or interest in web3, crypto wallets, DeFi, or blockchain-based developer ecosystems.
