  • Support global compliance initiatives and risk governance projects, including AI-driven AML/CTF and sanctions programs.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in compliance, AML/CTF, risk management, regulatory affairs, or financial services governance roles.

  • Experience working in payments, banking, fintech, or regulated financial services environments.
  • Proven ability to manage regulatory reporting, audits, and interactions with supervisory authorities.
  • Strong understanding of AML programs, sanctions screening, KYC, and transaction monitoring processes.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging executive leadership.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work across multiple concurrent regulatory initiatives.
  • Experience preparing high-quality executive and regulatory documentation.
  • Nice to have: familiarity with global payments systems, regulatory technology, or French (Canadian) language skills.

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary in the range of 140,000–150,000 CAD.
  • Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP) for long-term participation in company growth.
  • Fully remote work flexibility.
  • Comprehensive wellbeing programs, including mental health and wellness initiatives.
  • Generous paid time off, including volunteer days and digital disconnection days.
  • Global onboarding experience and access to international teams and leadership.
  • Strong culture of learning, development, and internal mobility programs.
