Green Coyote Cantina is bringing honest Tex-Mex, handcrafted margaritas, and genuine hospitality to The Dale in Avondale Estates, and we're building an incredible team to help launch our newest location. We're looking for energetic, dependable, and hospitality-driven To-Go Specialists who take pride in organization, attention to detail, and outstanding customer service.
As a To-Go Specialist, you'll serve as the connection between our kitchen and our takeout guests, ensuring every order is accurate, complete, professionally packaged, and delivered with genuine hospitality. What We're Looking For- Friendly, outgoing, and hospitality-focused personality
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Dependable, punctual, and prepared for every shift
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Team-first mentality with a willingness to assist wherever needed
- Ability to remain calm and organized during busy periods
- Previous restaurant, cashier, or customer service experience is preferred
- Comfortable using POS systems and handling guest payments
- Flexible availability, including lunch, dinner, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Answer telephones and assist guests with placing takeout orders
- Enter guest orders accurately into the POS system
- Maintain thorough knowledge of the menu, ingredients, and daily features
- Coordinate with the kitchen to ensure timely preparation of takeout orders
- Verify every order for accuracy before it leaves the restaurant
- Ensure all food items, guest modifications, sauces, condiments, utensils, beverages, desserts, and other requested items are included
- Professionally package all takeout orders to maintain food quality and presentation
- Coordinate completed orders with guests and third-party delivery drivers
- Process guest payments accurately and responsibly
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked takeout station
- Communicate effectively with managers, servers, bartenders, kitchen staff, and delivery drivers
- Assist the Front of House team during slower periods as business needs require
- Complete opening, running, and closing responsibilities
- Support the overall success of the restaurant by providing exceptional hospitality to every guest
Our To-Go Specialists do much more than hand guests a bag.
Team members are expected to:
- Ensure every takeout order is accurate, complete, and professionally packaged
- Deliver friendly, efficient, and welcoming service to every guest
- Build confidence that guests are receiving exactly what they ordered
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient takeout area
- Communicate effectively with both Front and Back of House teams
- Represent Green Coyote Cantina with professionalism, enthusiasm, and genuine hospitality every shift
Green Coyote Cantina is open daily from 11:00 AM until 10:00 PM, serving lunch, dinner, and special events.
Applicants should have flexible availability, including:
- Lunch shifts
- Dinner shifts
- Weekday availability
- Weekend availability
- Holidays and special events
- Opening and closing responsibilities as scheduled
