This role is designed for an experienced SAP professional who will support and evolve enterprise solutions in an S/4HANA environment.
You will act as a key connection between business areas and technical teams, helping transform operational needs into effective SAP solutions.
The position involves working with financial controlling, project systems, integrations, and process improvements across complex environments.
You will contribute to SAP implementations, support activities, and continuous optimization of critical business processes.

The Senior SAP CO/PS Consultant will be responsible for supporting, improving, and delivering SAP solutions aligned with business requirements. The role requires deep functional knowledge, the ability to manage complex integrations, and strong collaboration with stakeholders across different areas.
- Provide support and continuous improvement for SAP CO and SAP PS modules in an S/4HANA environment.
- Participate in SAP implementation projects, including at least one complete end-to-end implementation.
- Support Management Accounting (MA) processes and related business operations.
- Work with SAP CO functionalities including Product Costing (CO-PC), Material Ledger, Profitability Analysis (CO-PA), Profit Center Accounting (CO-PCA), Cost Center Accounting (CO-OM-CCA), and Cost Element Accounting (CO-OM-CEL).
- Support and optimize Project System (PS) processes.
- Act as an interface between business teams and technical teams, ensuring requirements are understood and effectively translated into solutions.
- Work on integrations between SAP CO/PS and modules such as MM, SD, Manufacturing (MFG), and external systems through EDI, APIs, SAP BTP, and SAP CPI.
- Handle and resolve support incidents classified as P2, P3, and P4.
- Work with SAP S/4HANA Fiori applications and CDS Views.
- Maintain clear communication with clients, managing expectations and ensuring alignment throughout delivery.
- Contribute to additional operational and improvement activities related to SAP solutions.
The ideal candidate has strong experience in SAP CO/PS consulting, business process analysis, and SAP support within complex environments. This professional should demonstrate technical expertise, customer orientation, and the ability to work independently in remote projects.
- Bachelor’s degree completed in a related field.
- Solid experience with SAP CO, Management Accounting (MA), and SAP support activities.
- Experience participating in at least one SAP end-to-end implementation project.
- Strong knowledge of SAP CO modules:
- CO-PC (Product Costing).
- Material Ledger.
- CO-PA (Profitability Analysis).
- CO-PCA (Profit Center Accounting).
- CO-OM-CCA (Cost Center Accounting).
- CO-OM-CEL (Cost Element Accounting).
- SAP PS (Project System).
- Experience with integrations between SAP CO/PS and MM, SD, Manufacturing, and third-party systems using EDI, APIs, SAP BTP, and SAP CPI.
- Experience managing SAP support incidents and issue resolution processes.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA Fiori and CDS Views.
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact effectively with clients and stakeholders.
- Advanced English proficiency, including participation in interviews conducted in English.
