Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the setup, operation, and maintenance of drilling equipment and tools

- Support the drilling crew during operations, including handling and transporting equipment

- Maintain a clean and organized work environment on the rig site

- Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment

- Perform routine inspections and report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards

- Assist with the assembly and disassembly of drilling components

- Support the team in troubleshooting operational issues as needed

Skills and Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Prior experience in drilling operations or a related field is preferred but not required

- Strong commitment to safety and adherence to safety regulations

- Ability to work in physically demanding conditions and lift heavy objects

- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team

- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and extended shifts

- Basic mechanical skills and understanding of drilling equipment are a plus
