Job Description
Join one of the Midwest's fastest-growing personal injury firms — where every attorney earns uncapped origination pay from day one.

Origination Bonus — Paid on Every Case You Bring In Refer a case to the firm and earn one-third of the firm's fee at resolution, on top of your regular compensation. Most firms reserve this for partners. We offer it to every attorney, starting on day one.
Why DM Injury Law- Origination from Day One — Earn one-third of the firm's fee on every case you bring in. No partnership track required, and no cap on what you can earn.

- Full Benefits — Health, dental, and vision coverage.
- Sustainable Caseloads — Realistic workloads by design. This is a long-term career, not a burnout cycle.
