What You’ll Do

Provide nursing care that supports the Sisters’ physical, emotional, and spiritual well-beingComplete assessments, monitor health changes, and respond promptly to urgent needsAdminister medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and Center guidelinesOffer leadership, guidance, and support to caregivers and med aides during your shiftCommunicate clearly with Sisters’ families and interdisciplinary staffDocument all care accurately and thoroughly in accordance with policy and regulationParticipate in care planning and contribute to quality improvementAssist Sisters in preparing for chapel, liturgy, and community activitiesHelp maintain a safe, clean, and peaceful environmentFollow infection control, safety, and confidentiality expectations
