Early Careers New Grad - Leadership Development Program

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Early Careers New Grad - Leadership Development Program based in United States.

This remote, full-time opportunity is designed for emerging professionals pursuing a career in health care management and strategic planning.
The role combines strategic analysis, business planning, and cross-functional project work within a large, complex organization.
You’ll contribute to projects that support retail market strategy, business priorities, and organizational goals.
The program provides meaningful exposure to senior leaders through executive mentorship, networking, and project presentations.
You’ll gain experience across multiple business areas while developing skills in leadership, communication, analytics, and strategic thinking.
A structured new graduate experience complements the role with professional development and support during the transition from graduate school to the workplace.
The 12-month program offers an opportunity to build practical experience while contributing to evolving health care priorities.

Accountabilities:
  • Support strategic, analytical, and divisional planning projects that contribute to business objectives and organizational priorities.

  • Assist with business planning and strategy development for retail markets and related initiatives.

  • Conduct ad hoc analyses, synthesize information, and translate findings into actionable insights.

  • Collaborate with teams across functions and organizational levels to understand business needs and coordinate initiatives with broader strategic priorities.

  • Develop and present project findings and recommendations to senior-level stakeholders.

  • Participate in executive mentorship, networking, and professional development activities throughout the program.

  • Work within a highly matrixed environment, gaining exposure to multiple business areas, health care priorities, and organizational operations.

  • Contribute to innovative approaches for addressing business and health care challenges.

  • Participate in a structured enterprise new graduate experience focused on communication, relationship building, critical thinking, workplace navigation, and career development.

Requirements:
  • Currently pursuing a master's degree such as an MHA, MHSA, MPH, MS-HSM, MBA, or a similar graduate degree, with an interest in health care management and strategic planning.

  • Expected graduation date between December 2026 and June 2027.

  • Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.

  • Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States; this program does not offer sponsorship or participation under OPT or CPT.

  • Strong project management capabilities, including organization, prioritization, problem-solving, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with individuals across departments and at different levels of an organization.

  • Understanding of strategic planning methods and awareness of relevant industry trends.

  • Experience with analytics, research, and synthesizing complex information into clear conclusions.

  • Strong verbal, written, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard PC applications.

  • Health insurance or health care industry experience is preferred, as is a demonstrated interest in the health care sector.

  • Competitive base salary range of $63,300–$114,300 annually, with exact compensation varying based on skills, education, knowledge, experience, and location.
