• PFP Logistics is a third-party (3PL) Staffing Company that works in Warehouses' Shipping and Receiving Departments across the nation.
• We are contracted to staff and manage the following positions: Loading and Unloading, Equipment Operators, Order Selection, Pallet Re-Stack, Labeling, and Facility Sanitation.

PFP Logistics is looking for a Warehouse Floor Lead in Tupelo, MS!

Schedule & Pay:

• Warehouse Hours of Operation: Mon-Fri,
• 11:00am - 7:00pm
• $18 an hour PAID Weekly*
• • Ability to also earn production pay: $70–$80 per truck completed

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor productivity, accuracy, and completion of daily work.
• Train associates on proper tire handling and safe work practices.
• Communicate progress and operational issues to management.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and assist with floor duties as needed.

Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs. on a consistent basis
• Ability to exert maximum muscle force to lift, push, pull, or carry objects
• Must have reliable transportation and a reliable means of contact
• Work is very fast-paced and physically demanding
• Ability to operate a pump jack
• Ability to lead a team
• Ability to operate a scan gun
• Ability to work overtime based on production needs
