Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Position Summary
Talantage is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses to provide nursing support services within public health clinics delivering reproductive health, immunizations, and preventive care.

Essential Responsibilities

• Obtain vital signs and patient histories.
• Administer immunizations under appropriate supervision.
• Conduct pregnancy and STI testing.
• Provide patient education regarding reproductive health and disease prevention.
• Assist providers with examinations and treatments.
• Prepare examination rooms and medical supplies.
• Document patient care in the Electronic Health Record.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and regulatory compliance.

Minimum Qualifications

• Current Arizona Licensed Practical Nurse License.
• Current CPR certification.
• Current TB screening and immunization records.
• Fingerprint Clearance Card.
• Seven-year criminal background clearance.
• Previous outpatient clinic or public health experience preferred.
