  • Assist case managers and providers with administrative and operational tasks to support timely case resolution
  • Facilitate internal and external communication to ensure continuity of care and strong stakeholder experience
  • Escalate complex issues or case concerns to the appropriate clinical lead when required
  • Support additional operational tasks such as eligibility checks, queue management, and coordination with external partners
Requirements:

To succeed in this position, you bring strong organizational ability, attention to detail, and experience in fast-paced environments:

  • 3–5 years of experience in a professional office, healthcare, hospital, or medical administration environment preferred
  • Post-secondary education strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with medical terminology and healthcare administrative processes considered an asset
  • Strong communication skills (written, verbal, and telephone) with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally
  • Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a high-volume environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on accuracy, efficiency, and resolution
  • Comfortable working independently as well as collaboratively within cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency with digital tools such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and document management systems
  • Bilingualism (English & French Canadian) is considered an asset
  • Adaptability, professionalism, and a service-oriented mindset
Benefits:
  • Annual salary range: $50,000 – $55,000
  • Opportunity to work in a mission-driven healthcare environment focused on improving patient access and experience
  • Exposure to advanced digital health systems and modern case management tools
  • Career development opportunities in healthcare coordination and operations
