You’ll coordinate cross-functional teams, including distributed and offshore or nearshore delivery resources, to ensure projects remain aligned and on track.

Accountabilities
  • Serve as the primary client contact and relationship owner, providing a consistent point of communication throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Own client-facing status reporting, delivery metrics, forecasts, and risk and issue documentation.

  • Determine and implement mitigation strategies for project risks and issues while ensuring adherence to governance and PMO standards.

  • Own project budgets, forecasts, invoicing inputs, commercial performance, and overall financial health.

  • Ensure project delivery remains compliant with contractual commitments and agreed commercial terms.

  • Coordinate distributed, offshore, and nearshore delivery teams while maintaining effective handoffs across time zones.

Requirements
  • 5+ years of technical project delivery experience with direct client-facing responsibility.

  • Demonstrated experience leading complex technology projects in fast-paced and dynamic environments.

  • Experience delivering technology services such as Microsoft enterprise infrastructure, including Azure, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and SharePoint.

  • Experience with document management platforms such as iManage or NetDocuments, virtualization platforms such as VMware or Nutanix, and enterprise storage, backup, and disaster recovery solutions.

  • Familiarity with security operations and compliance initiatives, including SOC 2 and ISO audits.

  • Experience with data center migrations, circuit installations, enterprise and solution integration, or technology-related merger and acquisition integration.

  • Strong project planning, governance, risk management, financial management, forecasting, and change-order negotiation capabilities.

  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional and distributed teams, including offshore and nearshore delivery organizations.

  • Excellent client relationship and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at both operational and executive levels.

  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, accessible information for non-technical audiences.

  • Strong business acumen and the ability to connect project outcomes with broader organizational and client objectives.

  • High standards of ethics, confidentiality, information security, accountability, collaboration, and service orientation.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.

  • PMP certification is preferred.

  • Agile certification, such as Scrum Master, and ITIL certification are considered assets.

  • Broad exposure to enterprise infrastructure, cloud technologies, cybersecurity, document management, virtualization, disaster recovery, and technology integrations.

  • Significant ownership over client relationships, project outcomes, budgets, governance, and strategic delivery decisions.

  • Opportunity to collaborate with distributed teams across multiple regions and time zones.

  • Inclusive, equitable, and accessible workplace environment.

  • Commitment to fair and barrier-free recruitment and employment practices.
