This is a senior quality assurance role focused on ensuring the reliability, performance, and scalability of modern digital solutions across web, mobile, and API-driven environments. You will contribute throughout the entire software development lifecycle, combining advanced testing practices with automation, quality engineering principles, and emerging AI-powered testing approaches. Working within agile teams, you will play a key role in improving product quality, reducing risks, and accelerating delivery cycles. • Design, develop, and execute comprehensive testing strategies covering functional and non-functional requirements.
• Create, maintain, and optimize automated testing frameworks for web, mobile, API, and microservices-based applications.
• Develop and execute automated test scripts using Java and Appium.
• Perform integration, regression, performance, and quality validation activities across multiple environments.
• Collaborate closely with development, product, and business teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Participate actively in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Implement quality engineering best practices and contribute to continuous process improvements.
• Apply AI-driven testing techniques, including prompt engineering, intelligent test generation, custom skills development, and Model Context Protocol (MCP) implementations.
• Analyze test results, identify risks, document defects, and support resolution efforts.
• Contribute to the evolution of automation strategies, tooling, and testing governance.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance.
• Strong experience with functional and non-functional testing across web, mobile, and microservices-based applications.
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience with test automation using Java and Appium.
• Proven expertise with automation frameworks and integrated testing tools.
• Experience with API testing and validation within distributed architectures.
• Solid understanding of Software Quality Engineering principles and methodologies.
• Practical experience applying Artificial Intelligence to testing processes, including prompt engineering, custom skill development, intelligent automation, and MCP concepts.
• Experience working in Agile environments using Scrum methodologies.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining a strong team-oriented mindset.
