- Conduct outbound calls to clients to promote and recommend financial products and services aligned with their needs and goals.

- Maintain strong product knowledge across banking and financial offerings, including updates on new campaigns and services.

- Experience in customer service, contact centre, sales, or financial services roles is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage clients effectively over the phone.
- Ability to understand financial products and explain solutions in a clear and client-friendly manner.
