Job Description
Position Summary:
The Pricing Analyst plays a critical role in supporting the financial health of Veza's wire harness manufacturing operations by analyzing costs and evaluating pricing on existing business. The Pricing Analyst collaborates with the Sales, Operations, Finance teams to ensure pricing is competitive, aligned with market expectations, and supports profitability targets.

Essential Responsibilities:
1. Monitor product performance and profitability for existing orders, identifying and recommending pricing adjustments as necessary.
2. Support the development and maintenance of pricing models that account for cost structure, market position, and profitability goals.
3. Collaborate with Inside Sales and Business Development teams to assess quote requests and Purchase orders, providing guidance on pricing adjustments for existing contracts.
4. Prepare detailed reports on pricing, costs, and margin performance for management and executive review.
5. Establish and monitor pricing KPIs and dashboards to track margin health, cost savings, and overall pricing performance.
6. Evaluate market trends and competitive pricing data to ensure Veza maintains a competitive edge in the industry.
7. Contribute to or lead cross-functional meetings with Sales, Operations, Finance, and Engineering, presenting pricing insights and data to support strategic decision-making.
8. Travel up to 10% to visit other sites as needed.
Supervision Received:
Moderate supervision required; expected to work independently with minimal oversight following an initial onboarding period.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
None. The Pricing Analyst may contribute to cross-functional project teams on an ad hoc basis for significant quoting opportunities.
Requirements:Education & Experience:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or equivalent work experience
2. 2–4 years of experience in pricing, estimating, finance, or a related analytical role
3. Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
Other Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
· Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL) and experience with ERP systems
· Possesses analytical and problem-solving skills
· Comfortable balancing competing deadlines and priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
· Working knowledge of accounting and pricing concepts, tools, and terminology
· Ability to interpret technical drawing packages a plus
