Job Summary:

• Configure IT systems for new users which would include new computer builds, installing software and configuring new users in active directory and Microsoft Azure.
• Configure security cameras and assist in installation.
• Configure and administer Meraki network systems.
• Upgrade and migrate Agris Oneweigh systems
• Help desk support for end user issues.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Assist with disposal of IT equipment End of Life.
• Configure and administer our Mitel phone system
• Administer our Brivo door access system.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience with IT infrastructure and systems.
• Ability to work and communicate effectively with team members, supervisors and end users.
• Complete job-related certifications and ongoing training in the field.
