- Lead the strategy, development, and execution of the managed service portfolio for telecommunications providers, carriers, and network operators globally.
- Continuously evolve the service catalog by identifying market opportunities, introducing innovative solutions, and ensuring offerings align with partner needs and business outcomes.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration with account management, product teams, partner programs, regional leaders, and business development teams to accelerate growth initiatives.
- Partner with sales organizations to identify opportunities, strengthen relationships with service providers, and support successful go-to-market strategies.
- Develop sales enablement resources, messaging, and strategies that help global teams effectively position and deliver managed service solutions.
- Establish performance metrics, analyze results, and communicate insights to leadership to support strategic decision-making and business growth.
- Act as a thought leader by influencing internal and external stakeholders, sharing industry expertise, and creating compelling business narratives.
- Serve as a player-coach by mentoring team members while actively contributing to consulting, business development, and strategic initiatives.
- Foster collaboration across regions and cultures, helping teams build the capabilities needed to succeed in a global market.
- 10+ years of experience in telecommunications sales, business development, product management, channel management, or related leadership roles.
- Proven experience developing and growing business relationships with service providers, carriers, operators, or technology partners.
- Strong expertise in managed services, telecom ecosystems, product lifecycle management, and market development strategies.
- Solid understanding of telecommunications technologies, including optical transport, Carrier Ethernet, IP networking, and wave services.
- Demonstrated ability to create and execute portfolio strategies, define roadmaps, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Experience working with global, cross-functional teams in complex matrix environments.
- Strong commercial and financial acumen, with the ability to connect service strategies to revenue growth and partner success.
- Excellent leadership, mentoring, communication, presentation, and executive storytelling skills.
- Ability to simplify complex technical concepts into clear business value propositions for diverse audiences.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and deliver multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Experience with direct and indirect sales strategies, channel programs, and partner ecosystems.
- Knowledge of global telecommunications markets, including carriers, service providers, hyperscalers, cloud providers, data center operators, and related technology partners.
- Ability to work effectively across international markets while understanding cultural and regional business differences.
- Competitive annual compensation range of $141,700 - $226,300 USD.
- Fully remote position with flexibility to work from anywhere in the United States.
