Title: Senior Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Developer

Minimum Education: Master’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or similar

Minimum Experience: 12 months

Supervision of others: None

Job Description:

1. Develop robotic automation project plans and established critical governance and production support models for client-facing systems;

2. Design functional architecture, formulating optimal strategies for robotic automation processes based on domain-specific requirements;

3. Design and customize real-time dashboards to track utilization, queue volumes, and workforce efficiency.

4. Understand workflow-based logic and have the ability to both understand a current state of the business process from a workflow diagram and conceptualize future state of the same in an automated solution.

5. Lead RPA technical development and planning activities; working closely with key client stakeholders and Ashling Partners leadership to define the client’s strategy and work streams required to achieve it;

6. Collaborate with Business Analysts to analyze business requirements, prioritize work streams, help design the RPA strategic roadmap, conduct development, perform systems integration, testing and support development’s move to production;

7. Provide technical direction on design considerations for security, performance, scalability, availability, maintainability, disaster recovery and uptime;

8. Provide leadership oversight into RPA delivery methodology to identify, evaluate and prioritize opportunities to implement enhancements;

9. Represent Development in Ashling Partners’ Automation Centers of Excellence;

10. Provide thought leadership on emerging trends in Robotic Process Automation and the intelligent Process Automation revolution

Minimum Skills Required: (1) Develop robotic automation project plans and established critical governance and production support models for client-facing systems; (2) Design functional architecture, formulating optimal strategies for robotic automation processes based on domain-specific requirements; (3) Design and customize real-time dashboards to track utilization, queue volumes, and workforce efficiency.

Supervisor: RPA Development Manager

Travel: Infrequent (approximately 10%) domestic travel to unanticipated client sites nationally

Work Location: Employer allows telecommuting/work-from-home, whereby the employee may reside anywhere within the United States.
