The High Net Worth Sales Advisor will drive business growth by developing tailored insurance solutions for affluent clients and building long-term relationships.
This role focuses on sales strategy, client consultation, market development, and delivering personalized coverage recommendations.
You will work closely with clients to understand complex insurance needs and create solutions that protect their personal assets and interests.
The position combines relationship management, business development, and insurance expertise within a collaborative remote environment.

Working with internal teams and external partners, you will help deliver innovative insurance solutions and strengthen client relationships.
The High Net Worth Sales Advisor is responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and delivering customized insurance solutions that meet the needs of high-net-worth individuals. This role requires strong sales capabilities, industry knowledge, and a client-focused approach.
- Develop and manage new insurance business opportunities through prospecting, referrals, networking, and relationship-building activities.
- Engage with current, past, and prospective clients to identify needs, recommend solutions, and support account growth.
- Conduct market research and maintain awareness of business and industry trends to identify new opportunities.
- Design customized insurance plans and recommend appropriate coverage based on client needs, risk exposure, and financial objectives.
- Evaluate client risks, coverage requirements, and potential insurance challenges to provide effective recommendations.
- Maintain accurate client records, documentation, account summaries, proposals, and renewal information.
- Prepare insurance proposals, coverage summaries, policy reviews, and related client communications.
- Collaborate with service teams and internal stakeholders to improve existing accounts, identify opportunities, and support client retention.
- Manage policy changes, account activity, and documentation processes while ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Educate clients on coverage options, payment expectations, policy requirements, and insurance procedures.
- Participate in industry events, seminars, trade shows, and continuing education opportunities to expand knowledge and develop relationships.
- Track sales activities, follow-ups, progress toward goals, and business development performance through regular reporting.
- Support additional projects and responsibilities as needed.
The ideal candidate brings insurance sales experience, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to advise clients on complex personal insurance needs.
- Active Property and Casualty Insurance License and/or Personal Lines Insurance License required and must be maintained.
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related discipline preferred.
- 3+ years of sales experience within the insurance industry preferred.
- Experience working with complex personal lines insurance coverage and high-value client needs.
- Strong consultative sales skills with the ability to understand client objectives and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management abilities.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple client accounts and priorities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Ability to quickly learn new software applications and digital tools.
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel to client locations when required.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and maintaining insurance industry knowledge.
