Job Description
Main Purpose:
The Procurement Manager plays a critical role in ensuring Englobal secures goods and services efficiently, cost-effectively and in alignment with business goals.
Essential Functions:
- Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with company objectives
- Identify reliable suppliers and evaluate sourcing options (local vs. global)
- Forecast purchasing needs based on production or business requirements
- Identify, evaluate and onboard vendors
- Build and maintain strong supplier relationships ensuring a high level of transparency and ethical interaction not only with suppliers but with internal company stakeholders
- Monitor and manage supplier performance (quality, delivery, pricing, reliability etc.) and risk
- Negotiate pricing, terms and contracts to achieve cost savings
- Draft, review and manage contracts and service agreements
- Ensure compliance with contractual terms and conditions
- Analyze spending and identify cost-saving opportunities
- Manage procurement budgets and track expenditures
- Perform cost-benefit analyses for purchasing decisions
- Oversee the entire procure-to-pay (P2P) process
- Ensure timely purchasing of materials, goods and services
- Implement and improve procurement policies and procedures per International Organization for Standardization (ISO) standards inclusive of vendor pre-qualifications, evaluations, grading and if needed replacement
- Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and regulations
- Manage ethical sourcing and sustainability practices
- Mitigate supply chain risks (e.g., delays, shortages and geopolitical risks)
- Lead and mentor procurement team members
- Collaborate with finance, operations, legal and engineering teams
- Align procurement goals with broader organizational initiatives
- Track and analyze procurement KPIs (cost savings, supplier performance and cycle time)
- Generate reports for leadership
- Use data to drive decision-making and continuous improvement
- Ensure optimal stock levels (avoid overstocking or stockouts)
- Support demand planning and forecasting
- Perform other duties assigned by supervisor

- Must be able to lift and / or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally 50-75 pounds
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or Business Administration
- 8+ years experience in Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC)
- Proven working experience as a Procurement Manager
- Knowledge of sourcing and procurement techniques as well as a dexterity in “reading” the market
- Talent in negotiations and networking
- Good knowledge of supplier or third-party management software
- Aptitude in decision-making and working with numbers
- Experience in collecting and analyzing data
- Strong leadership capabilities
- Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screen
- Must be able to pass a background check
Desirable Experience, Education and Training:
- Experience using supply chain and procurement systems (ERP, SAP etc.)
Tools, Equipment and Technology:

Environmental Conditions:
80 to 90% of the work activities are performed indoors.
