Position Summary

The Supply Chain SAP Specialist is responsible for executing, monitoring, and reconciling

daily SAP inbound and outbound transactions to ensure accurate inventory movement and

system integrity. This role works closely with Warehouse, HQ, RMA Lab, Sales, and

Business Development teams to resolve discrepancies, track serialized units, and support

order fulfillment through SAP, Air table, and automated (RPA) reporting processes.

Key Responsibilities

Daily Operations

•Generate WMS Order Reports and upload them to Air Table using RPA automation

or manual processing to support operational visibility and reporting.

•Process inbound transactions in SAP and collaborate closely with the warehouse

team to identify quantity variances between HQ shipping documents and physical

inbound receipts; follow up with HQ to drive resolution.

•Process outbound transactions in SAP based on Air Table (AT) records; coordinate

with the warehouse team to track, verify, and record serial numbers (SNs) for all

related units.

Operational Support & Coordination

•Process additional inbound and outbound SAP transactions for spare units and

strings according to sales requests or warehouse operational needs.

•Work with the RMA Lab team to verify the order type and material classification for

all LAB orders received in WMS.

•Coordinate with the Business Development team to follow up on RC-Sales order

status on a weekly basis and ensure timely system updates.

•Review all pending or problematic SAP transactions, identify root causes, and

complete or correct them on a weekly basis to maintain data accuracy and process

compliance.

•Communicate with sales team, accounting team and warehouse team to resolve

related issues.

•Other tasks requested by upper management.
